The location was fantastic, not too far from the train station and the beach

The host was kind enough to prepare the apartment for our early arrival and ready to answer every question

- great location in the heart of Santa Margherita, next to great bakery. - apartments are clean and have spare space. - good AC

- no double bed, only 2 double floor beds. Only for parties not for families or couples. Anyway , I left border for one of the beds. - uncomfortable beds and pillows - broken small shower. Host promised to repair it every day, but didn’t make it during our 4 days stay. - morning noise from the street will raise at 6 o’clock. - noisy AC, but not critical. - hard to find the keys , but I called to host and he helped with it - narrow stairs, hard to climb if you have big luggage bags

Lovely apartment, very clean, the man that welcomed us was extremely friendly and helpful, perfect location (good distance to train station and right in centre of town)!

It was not a problem for us, but there was no wifi or lift, only bun bed + sofa bed, may be unsuitable if you’re travelling with children. We had very little complaints!

The location is hard to beat, especially for the price. Lots of fantastic food options right out the front door. Very short walk to the train station or ferry dock.

Guests should be aware that if you arrive outside the window of 16:00-19:00, they will be charged extra (the charge increases the later the arrival). Guest is also responsible for paying tourism tax upon arrival of €1.50/night. During departure, guest is responsible for taking out the trash, or receive an additional charge.
