I liked everything about the place and the surrounding areas

Location

There is a low level of hygiene. The towels are crusty and old, stains can be seen. The shared area was messy and too public to sit in. The sheets have stains and the bedding is old. There are spider webs and dust bunnies in the rooms. This place should be rated 3 star not 4.2 as advertised.

I loved the pool and that our room had everything we needed. I also loved the fact that our room had a door to the outside so if we too lazy to go with the other door which had steps. The staff there was amazing and they made me feel at home

The breakfast was amazing but I feel like it needed more stuff in it. I also didn't like the fact that when we got there the sitting area was a bit messy. my boyfriend says it's because they were still busy but from my understanding it's supposed to be clean by check in time

The food was excellent The facilities were very good Excellent value for money

There was no backup during loadshedding
