Caretaker is eager to serve, and quick to iron out any misunderstandings. The breakfast was delicious.

The fact that access gates are locked after 23h00, so our 900m distance from the event venue (BOMA restaurant) became 3 Km to the accommodation. The signages giving proper directions to the opened access gate was put in 4th gate which was frustrating. We had to drive to Douglas Scholtz Street to access Dwyka. The times of closing certain access gates should be clearly communicated in the property rules.

Staff were friendly

Furniture was scratched and looked uncared for. Room needed a good clean and furniture needed to be polished. Bed was right next to the entrance door.

No provision was made to deal with loadshedding. A torch, battery operated lantern or even a candle would have been appreciated. The electric gate was a problem also and I thought that I thought that i might miss my 09:00 appointment on 29 Feb 2024 as a rsult of challenges experience with the gate as a rsult of loadshedding.

The area was good

The place is dirty, parking has no shelter, the coffee maker and the pool was too dirty.. Could not even take pictures

The location was near the kloof hospital and I needed a place for the night. Room was clean shower was good. Staff was friendly. Bed was good.

No aircon the fan dit not make much wind had to stand on a chair poor quality. Pillow terrible. No side tables next to bed. Curtains old. The fridge was not on or any water in the fridge. Breakfast substandard.
