Check-in a disaster, overall housekeeping a mess. Serious attention needed on the surroundings (pool maintenance / garden area / cleanliness in general) Serious management needed to retore faculty as advertised,

"Exceptional"

The location was great, quiet and i felt safe. The staff was quite friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast was great.

Loved everything to be honest. Maybe i wish i stayed longer as i was only there for a night.

The access to the front door is not comfortable. To step from the last step to the door is too high. Another step in between could help. No handrails in place for support.
