location for our purpose was perfect Breakfast x 1 was good

generally the uneven service of parking to room - the angle for somebody that is a little unstable on the legs the step at entrance much much to high, had difficulty to manage,

The breakfast is topnotch and exceptional. Awesome host. The best bnb to be in.

The place was filthy. Dirty dishes were left in cupboard with pie pieces in. There were also dirty dishes in the sink. We had to ask them to please clean it. Floors were so dirty, our feet had a layer of dust on. There were ants everywhere. The bedding wasn't fresh. There was no hot water, we had to shower in cold water. and the so called cutlery was atrocious. We had to ask for teaspoons to make coffee. The front door we had to use force to close at night, to try and lock. The tenants of the house had some type of fight the night, and a woman was crying and shouting. We had to ask for a full roll of toilet paper. We arrived at 13.55, and the woman said we were too early. The keys to our room was only given hours later, as they had apparently misplaced them. No coffee and tea was available in the unit, although it was supposed to be a self catering unit. I would really recommend booking.com to remove this place from their listing. The worst experience my husband and I have had with an overnight stay. We chose the place as I had to be in Kloof hospital for a procedure on 18 March 2025. If it wasn't for my medicine I had to start drinking, we would have left and try to find other accommodation. Really bad bad place this. Truly disappointed.
