Good spot and very clean and tidy.

Breakfast choice very good would be better with butcher’s sausages just for feedback but understand cost restraints

No mattress covers or pillow protectors

Location was good on the high street, nisa nearby, lot of food options. Room was nice and good breakfast

Consider adding facilities like a gym

Everything was spotless. The sheets were nice quality, the towels were new and fluffy and both were scrupulously clean. There was a big mirror over the desk with a comfy chair and a power point perfectly positioned to dry my hair.

The decor is dire and dated.

The view from the window, the twin room was the same price as double, location, easy parking

No hot water in the morning so unable to have shower, tv remote not working properly and dirty, breakfast ridiculously crowded (coach load of elderly) so we didn’t bother

Bathroom was very cramped.

The hotel is located centrally within the town of Criccieth. It's a five minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of local shops and pubs with good food. The rooms are a little dated but clean. This hotel is wonderful for the older generation, with bingo, entertainment every evening. They have a comfortable lounge area and the bar has drinks very reasonably priced. The breakfast was good, something for everyone. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful . The hotel is excellent value for money and if you are of the older generation this is ideal for you.

The shower tray kept overflowing. The rooms need more plugs and USB points. Also the rooms were very warm during the night.
