"Convenient and comfortable."

Convenient for main road and nearby access to beach. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Rooms very clean, good size and quiet.

On-street parking OK but could be inconvenient in busy times.

Public areas are clean and comfortable. Rooms rather dated but again clean and comfortable. Good location for exploring Snowdonia and Llyn Peninsula. We arrived by train, just a couple of minutes walk to the station. Breakfast was adequate but busy with coach tour groups.
