Beliggenhet var perfekt

Det var noe av det tragiske bostedet vi noen gang har vært på. Hele leiligheten var skitten og ubeboelig. Vi flyttet ut etter første natten og prøvde å få våre utgifter tilbake. Det var ingen svar fra utleier. Koblet inn booking.com hvor vi hadde bestilt gjennom. De slet også med kontakt til utleier.Vil på det sterkeste advare andre til å bo her. Etter 4 dager fikk vi kontakt med eier. Han hadde etter det vi forsto ikke planer å skifte håndklær eller vaske der den uken vi skulle bo der.

Only the location worth to mention - 50 m from the beach

I am a super frequent booker. But this kind of situation I am experiencing for the first time in my life. All started at the moment 2 days before arrival, when my mom was in a real uncertainty due to the war in our country and was not sure she could even leave - the hotel refused to cancel and refund the money. Thanks God my mom was lucky to come, but after that started a real "hospitality horror". Attached are just a few photos of the condition of the apartment, which at the moment of check-in was dirty, with a broken door lock, not property working faucet etc, but the main that photos cannot express - severe smell of the humidity, mold mixed with canalisation. On top - no WI-FI connection. Directly after check-in we contacted apartments management company, they didn't show any interest in what we said and just finished the call with words that we could send a photos. I felt how they treated me over the phone and decided directly to reach out to Booking.com customer service team. Funny fact: booking.com tried to contact the apartments management company and (wow!) they didn't even reply. Thanks for the gesture to booking.com, they returned 73€, but the property didn't do anything, didn't change the room, didn't return anything and just accused booking.com, saying that they are a liars and so on and so force. Result: totally spoiled vacation. And the main reason is not even the apartment, but also the way this host is treating the tourists. The feeling that they are doing money from the air, never caring about the cleaning and hygiene as well as customer service itself. Moreover, the owner himself is also not able to do anything. When we met him and showed and explained everything he said that he is OK to return the money, but the management company instead accused us that we threatened him to kick him out of booking.com. In fact, booking.
