"worst travel experience in over 40 years"

towel heater only heat source

elevators both broken over 6 months- haul luggage up 8 sets of stairs deadbolt lock on door broken/didn’t function no heat - thermostat set to off & 2 windows wide open on winter day- had to sleep with coat, gloves and scarves and shoes notice re pick up key at convenience store- included name & phone number to call if any problem - left message about no heat or instructions on thermostat function - no callback; tried 2 hours later and my call was blocked watched little bugs run slong groove in bathroom door; plank flooring has several large gaps had to leave place tho prepaid 3 nights - owner refused any refund or compensation

The Property was same as shown in the pictures Modern and Clean, The Big windows are amazing..... would recommand it would add extra Luxury benefit for Tourist and can enjoy that big hall.Sorry forgot Host name Lady is superb and very eazy to contact and helpfull.

Due to Summer its been hot due to Big glass windows and no fans were provided , other than that everything is perfect.

Me gustó que está muy central, cerca de Luton Point, restaurantes, supermercados entre otros, muy buena ubicación.

No me gustó que el elevador no funciona, y el apartamento está en el tercer piso, lo cual hay que subir y bajar muchas escaleras, con equipaje pesado y también las bolsas del mercado. Tampoco había aspiradora para limpiar el piso, ni una escoba, solo un pequeño cepillo, limpié una sola vez, terminé con dolor de espalda.
