The apartment was nice amd clean, bed was awesome to sleep in, shower was lovely Location and entry excellent

There was no Lift amd it had a serious letter on the lift door in regarding the building management in trading Was a nightmare walking up 3 flights of stairs If I knew about the lift I wouldve asked for a lower floor to stay in but managed The price was a bit high as it was more of a studio than an apartment as it had a small open plan area

Dritten Stock, Lift hat nicht funktioniert. Sehr kleine Zimmer, was nicht schlimm ist.Aber die eine Zimmer hat keine Türe und ist extrem klein.Die Betten müssten aussenand sein und zwischen war fast kein Platz. Nicht geeignet für Pärchen

Our stay at Cresta House was unfortunately very disappointing. On the first night, we discovered bed bugs on both the sofa bed and the main beds. They bit my mom and my son’s hands, and none of us were able to sleep at all that night. It was a horrible experience. The next morning, the agent did move us to a different room, but when we requested a full refund for that first night, we were only given 20% back, which felt very unfair given the circumstances. To make things worse, the lift was out of order for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed there, and we had to carry our luggage up and down from the 3rd floor every time. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their cleanliness and maintenance. If you do stay here, make sure to check for bed bugs as soon as you arrive.

Na minha chegada não deram suporte e na minha saída Tentaram me cobrar serviços que não condiz, as 10am bateram na porta pedir um momento e fizeram uma reclamação ao booking exigindo pagamento por prejuízo e perca de tempo, não tem compreensão com o hóspede.
