Location is in the center of Luton but the area is a little bit sketchy with a lot of noise at night. Place was clean

No parking on site, hallways were not clean, it was a residential building.

The process of collecting the key and that guest are asked to be part of cleaning- removing gabbage and loading the dishwasher

Really close to train, bus, airport...good connection to London. Plenty of restaurants near by. Good choice for fámy for short time when visiting Warner Bros Studios and Harry Potter 😉👍🏻

The property is extremely clean with every appliance that you could need and everything works. Host provided video instructions for use of appliances.

I had booked a 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed, but it turned out to be a studio apartment - not really suitable for a couple and adult child. So be careful what you book. There was no towel change for a 4 night stay, so we had to be economical with their use. The apartment was extremely hot, but the instruction booklet on how to use the heat/water control panel is not very clear or user friendly. Had to ask for a fan, which arrived the next day. We were instructed to drop off the key locally from 7am. But as we were leaving at 6am, there was no place to return it to, and no response from the overnight contact number.

Excellent location, all flat is yours with appliances, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, iron, hair drier, heated mirror, TV and kitchenware. Very warm and efficient heating system, sound proof flat.

There was not a vacuum cleaner so we could not clean the dust. It might be nice to add a handheld vacuum cleaner for future visitors. There were 2 single beds placed together to form a single bed but they were relatively old style with springs and no mattress protector. Please consider replacing the beds with more comfortable ones. As an interim solution, you might get a mattress protector which will make the beds more comfy with an extra layer.

Apartment is clean. Good for a short stay, value for money. Plus point - Close to the Luton mall, lots of restaurants in the mall.

No parking at the site. Best to park at the mall.
