The Dacha. Cumberland vacation

Dear Roman, Our stay at your amazing "Dacha" in Maryland was absolutely unforgettable. The house is a masterpiece – the perfect blend of modern technology and cozy charm. Everything was so thoughtfully designed, we felt like VIP guests in a futuristic fairytale. The peaceful surroundings, the stylish interiors, and those fancy high-tech features made our stay a dream come true. Honestly, the house is so smart it could probably host guests without human help! (But we're glad you were there – your hospitality made it even better!) Thank you for creating such a magical and welcoming space. We’ll always remember our time here with smiles and laughter. Roman was so accommodating and his hospitality was perfection!! We will be regular guest!! The beds we so comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful.

We loved everything about Roman home!

Everything. The space. The decor. The lights that change colors. The option to buy wine if you don't want to leave. The breakfast. The hot tub. The amenities. Host was friendly and accessible. Didn't get to use the pool, sauna or fire pit but loved that these were options for us. We were busy sight seeing and went to the casino.

The bathtub would not stop to fill up so we used a wash cloth to help. The speakers didn't work all the time. They worked sporadically.

Had breakfast at a different restaurant every morning. Didn't use the kitchen for cooking.

We discussed with Roman on how the house keeping could improve and he rectified the situation by hiring a new housekeeper.

The Host was tremendous when I made a mistake, he was readily available and kind and understanding. The home was very roomy and well, well stocked.

I have no complaints at all!

The Dacha is a lovely property with all the amenities you could hope for and then some! I wasn't expecting so many "smart home" features, but was pleasantly surprised by them. The kitchen and bathrooms are modernized, beautiful, and well-appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. The host communicated effectively and provided a unique access code for the doors prior to our arrival, which made entry into the home a seamless process. I would definitely stay here again!

The outside areas could use a little TLC as there were some overgrown plants/weeds near the entry areas - one which was growing into and blocking part of the walkway out front. Not a big deal - just a normal part of property maintenance!

it was very clean inside. the host was very interactive in our stay. the bathroom was quite nice.

The pool was too filthy to swim in. The hot water only worked in the shower. There was no hot water at any sinks. There was only 2 regular coffee pods in a drawer with 50+ pods.

Very comfortable and a modern vibe with lots of smart features. The host went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pool.
