Great location

Cobwebs, chairs broken. TV channels not working

The outlook and the location were excellent and the two bedrooms were very good

The property was not very clean, we need to wash glasses and plates before we could eat or drink along with the bench and sink and generally the whole kitchen needed a good clean. There was no toilet paper and there were five of us staying. There was a tiny bit to start with then we needed to use the tissues and paper towels. The shower was falling apart, when trying to move the rose higher the whole contraption came apart and while in the shower it felt like the floor was going to give away. They were very old pieces of soap in the shower and on the hand basin which was terrible! There were dispensers in the shower that were very old And undesirable! We had ordered a fold out bed for the fifth person which we needed to make up and was so hard I could not sleep on it! I moved to the couch which was more comfortable but I did not sleep well. Towels and face cloths were very very old and crusty, not nice. Lastly because of the single glazing it was very noisy all through the night.

The place was filthy, there were no smoke alarms and everything ran off old extension cords. There was no tea, coffee, sugar, milk or cooking oil, bedding was stained, towels were old and crusty and small. Also they've obviously turned down their hot water cylinder trying to save money but you'll probably just get sick...

Location was okay.

The place is outdated It's an old place with mixed matched furniture. Very dusty inside cob webs in corners. Toilet lid broken, big black stains on the ground in the lounge. The ground is squeaky and in one bedroom you can also feel a hole which is covered up badly and the shower sinks in the middle. The price you pay against the state of this place is definitely not worth it. And you have to pay extra to park here which would have been nice if it was listed.

Easy to find. Wonderful location good for families with both playground + pools near by. Not far to get to inner city in either vehicle or on foot. Comfy beds. Nice n clean.

Would've been nice if full price inc garage for parking. It was an additional $30 a day to park.

Nothing. Our customer service was very bad. The fotos on the web page is not the same as the actual place. Place is old, dirty and the kitchen equipment was disgusting. One room the paint is coming off the wall. Oven and oven pan was still dirty. We paid allot of money for 3 people, but only 2 rooms were available, and we had to pay extra for a car grage. Very noisy place, all around us, could not sleep. We were very disappointed

Its location

Dirty. Hadn’t done what we had asked re making up sofa bed or parking. Sheets arrived which we had to do ourselves. Towels awful. Tea coffee very lacking. Wouldn’t take much to buy better towels, sheets etc and give it a coat of paint. And clean!!!
