The estate itself is beautiful. we were expecting to experience the same in the property we have booked

The property didnt have everything that was advertised with such as a pool, false advertisement from the property owner. it was not indicated at any point that it was a private property which deprived us many benefits enjoyed by Zebula guests such as accessing the pool and other facilities. The food served at the new year's eve party made all 6 of us sick.
