i honestly didn’t like anything about the trip.

I was scammed. They took my money in the form of a “breakage deposit “ and have since ignored me after checkout after several attempts of contacting.

lack of support and information. I wanted to experience nature and had money to spend but everything was impossible.

The facility was good

That booking.com did not mention that there will be additional charges that were not mentioned at the time of the booking,like the environmental levy at the main gate of R150 per vehicle and the breakage charge of R3000 which am still waiting for the refund, and it will take +- 7 working days to process, such an inconvenience. Imagine if I did not have the R3000 deposit, what would have happened to the booking? The private pool was not clean.

the staff is very friendly and welcoming, house was clean and a breath of fresh air.

the house we stayed in did not have provisions for lights when electricity left. And we we never notified to bring our own lights

location and the house was good, although the outside furniture was terrible

the facilities were shocking. putt putt, bike hire and tennis courts were virtually non operational, damaged and looked very bad. rubbish piled up in the putt putt area makes even lying by the pool an eye sore
