It's clean and friendly staff.

No coffee mugs, noisy aircon, a.c. not cold enough on room 37. Considering it's a executive suite. Water supply pressure not enough.

The room was good for the value

A bit noisy at times. Woke up to some kind of warm up rally for an event at 4am across the street. Not really the hotel’s fault but a little warming would have been good.

Location was in the middle of downtown....there is an open night restaurant nearby; staff were friendly. No telephone in room and no breakfast as I know. When requesting for change of linens I was informed they did not have any available for the bed size.
