Modern apartment by Leeds dock

I enjoyed the cereal and was grateful for the milk. I can't wait to return with my daughter!

Cosy clean apartment in a fantastic location by the Armoury. Breakfast cereals, porridges and milk a welcome touch.

Once you found the block it was fairly easy to get in

Freezer had obviously not been used or defrosted for months. Bed fell apart when I sat on it. The 'quick fix' that the host had tried did not work and the mattress collapsed

It was close to the venue we were visiting and we had a boat trip into town

The carpet was very badly stained. Pillars are really uncomfortable. The floor was very sticky.

Said continental breakfast provided but the long life milk in the fridge had already been opened, with containers or cornflakes on the side, milk could have been weeks old for all we knew & god knows what could have been in the cereal. Bed so uncomfortable & bedroom floor looked like it had not been hovered for a year. Freezer door not shut as iced up. Sofa was so uncomfortable & tv did not work. Towels were so worn you could nearly see through them. The flat smelled of cooking, think it was coming from the room opposite.
