The apartment is very clean and tidy, well-stocked with plenty of towels – both for the bathroom and the beach. There’s even an umbrella provided for the free beach area. The kitchen is very convenient, everything is perfectly arranged, and the extractor fan prevents any cooking smells from spreading around the room. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, and the TV offers a wide range of channels. The apartment’s location is excellent – quiet and peaceful, close to Maria Pia Beach.

the bed is in a shockingly bad condition. The mattress is completely worn out and saggy, with dips on both sides. After just 10 minutes of lying down, you can feel your body starting to ache because of the improper spinal alignment. We stayed for seven nights, and I couldn’t wait to leave. We’ve never slept on a worse mattress. It also creaks loudly every time you move. Another downside of the apartment is that all the cupboard hinges, as well as the door and window handles, squeak terribly. Every time you open or close something, there’s this awful noise. We were with a one-year-old child who’s a very light sleeper, and she woke up several times just because we needed to go to the bathroom or get some water. The bathroom is nice, but the shower cabin is only 60x80 cm, which is extremely small – you can’t even bend down without hitting yourself. The shower mixer is broken and tied up with two zip ties to keep it in place, but it keeps falling down, especially when the water pressure is stronger. It’s impossible to take a normal shower. For people like me who don’t wash their hair every night, it was a real challenge to finish showering with dry hair, even with a shower cap. There’s no other drain in the bathroom except the one inside the shower, and since the cabin door doesn’t close properly, the whole floor ends up covered in water. On the last night, exactly at midnight, the Wi-Fi was turned off. We were supposed to check out on 05.10 at 10:30 a.m., but the internet stopped working at 00:01 on 05.10. Overall, my opinion of this apartment is negative. I wouldn’t stay there again. We promised ourselves that we’d return to Alghero, but definitely not to this apartment.

Attention à ceux qui ont des problème de dos .. le matelas n’est plus de première forme. Les murs sont un peu fin entre les voisins

We had an absolutely outstanding stay in this apartment in Alghero. The location is excellent – close to the best beaches, with parking always available, which made our holiday stress-free. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped: all appliances were new and working, with thoughtful details like soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, salt and more, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the entire apartment comfortable. We also appreciated the complete set of swimming pool and beach equipment, which was a great bonus. The swimming pool within the apartment block was excellent – clean, safe for children, and supervised. The staff were extremely kind and attentive: during our 12-day stay, the bed linen was changed, and plenty of towels were provided. Everything in the apartment was carefully thought through, even down to having a handy vacuum cleaner, which made it easy to keep things tidy. The owner responded immediately to all our enquiries and was always kind, positive, and eager to make sure our needs were met. This level of hospitality really made a difference. Overall, we are very satisfied with the whole experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alghero. A perfect stay – 10/10!
