Industrial Studio in Cape Town

Location waa central for my needs. Studio is huge which was unexpected. It can easily pass as a 1 bedroom, lounge, dinner and kitchen if ot had division. It was clean, linen fresh. Great value for money for 1 night stay A few furniture and kitchen finishes repairs could make it perfect.

Joyce was super unprofessional, rude, abrupt smelled of alcohol, angry, not sure why. She kept cursing and pacing. I don't think she likes her job or frustrated but its not for guests to experience. Waisted 1 hour of my time before checking me in. She apologized after handing me tge keys but still seemed very irritable when I asked for the WI-FI code. Her colleague came knocking at 09h50 am asking when am I checking out. Horrible service.

Cleanliness.

Kettle wasn't properly working. There was no milk to go with coffee. There was no iron & ironing board, had to wait for 30 mins to get one after request. The lady shouted at us on the evening when we booked when we called trying to establish how we'd check in, claiming she was sleeping so we should just go to the reception.

It had a modern touch. Host was friendly and the apartment was central to amenities.

The apartment was very basic ..No hairdryer , shampoo or body wash , there was only 1 towel for two people , the TV was rather small but I guess it was okay .There were stains on the grey couch. The bathroom mat had a bleach stain and the shower head made the water come out quite slow.There was no air freshener in the toilet as well. I would've liked the apartment to be a more home away from home vibe but unfortunately it did not have that feeling .it's good if you're just staying the night. Bonus was the balcony and fan as it gets quite warm.

Very central but definately not pleasant.

No windows on a hot day. No airconditioning. Night table lights cables did not fit in the plus holes. Balcony is a joke and full of bird shot.
