Industrial Studio in Cape Town

The apartment was well set up and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the place was really clean.

I had to pay cash for the parking, which I wasn't informed about beforehand and the entry/exit of the parking is very narrow so not great for big cars.

The property is very conveniently located.

The unit is not serviced which is good for a short stay. However that will be required for a longer stay.

I was happy with the space of the apartment

The place had no airconditioning. The TV did not work and could not connect to the WiFi The WiFi connection was so weak. There were cockroaches in the bathroom When I got to the security no one knew about me coming I literally had to stand and wait a few mins for the check in process to be completed

Great and central location I had no hassle at all getting where I needed to be. The apartment itself is very spacious and they provide you with adequate kitchen utensils and all, Joyce is amazing she really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. super comfortable stay, it was not noisy so great to relax after a long day working. the building is super secure so we felt very safe.

The bed was too small and short, my legs hung off the bed. The shower was blocked and water took long to drain away
