The rooms were wonderful. Very clean and well presented. VERY GREAFUL dawn ( the owner) had left us some milk and bread for toast with some porridge. :)

That their was no sink to was our dirty dishes . Felt guilty about leaving them . But I didn't want to was them in the bathroom xx.

We arrived on Bank Holiday Monday to come and watch the victory parade. After an early check-in, we settled into the annex and dropped off our luggage. Dawn and Steve were amazing hosts. Driving my son and I to the station, offering coats for my son as the weather had turned. Following the incidents in the city, I was called in the evening. Dawn and Steve concerned for our welfare. They came out of their way and picked us up from Birkenhead Station. An amazing show of kindness and they even had a warm blanket for my son as it had been raining. This care is shown in the B&B. The annex is a home-from-home. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location is fantastic and there was no trouble parking. We will definitely stay here next time, when we win number 21!! 😊 Thank you for an amazing stay.

It’s an ideal location. Right on the river, 10m to a sandy dog friendly beach, walking distance to New Brighton, and easy driving / public transport to Liverpool. Very comfortable accommodation with a small courtyard for sitting out. Friendly and helpful owners.

lovely location. comfortable room and fabulous sitting area. amazing view to Liverpool and a short walk along the promenade to New Brighton where all the restaurants are. the staff were friendly. I will be staying again, next year when I visit. many thanks for my lovely stay. Laura Smith

Everything about the property is 10/10. From the booking to the leaving. Home away from home. I got to meet the one of them who went above and out of his way for myself so thankyou.
