"Superb location & just what we wanted."

Friendly couple, Dawn & Steve, who couldn't do enough for us. The room had everything we could need. Fantastic location & our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed it too. Walks directly on the beach & promenade. Local restaurants were great & New Brighton has everything you could need, which is 5 mins drive away. We will be back in December

"The location and property was ideal for my purpose."

A bowl of porridge was just what I needed after a night with friends and a few sherberts. The walk from the property to New Brighton along the promenade at night was the most exhilarating I have seen, superb!
