Gorgeous cozy room, everything you need and lovely couple hosting. The property faces the River Mersey with views over Liverpool, parking very easy right outside and all good!

"Lovely overnight for a family event"

The location was brilliant, right on the promenade which is a pedestrian zone so ideal for walking etc The rooms were comfortable, the owners were very friendly and the property’s decor was lovely and suited it very much. The bathroom had been recently modernised and was really lovely. The 4 poster bed was really comfortable and there were lots of nice touches throughout. Great to have tea/coffee/milk etc for arrival x

It would have been better to have more of a seating area/eating area in one of the rooms.

"Good Pet Stay On The Wirral Bay"

Steve was very welcoming, especially as he wasn't feeling great. We felt well looked after. Location is perfect if you want to be by the sea. Excellent local pub too. Recommended!

Shower plug hole was blocked - with water almost overflowing the basin. Making for a very brief morning shower!

"A very nice home from home for a visit to Liverpool and the Wirral."

Location is amazing. Parking is pretty easy. Everything you could want is provided in the room. Owners were very helpful. We arrived at the tail end of a big storm and they went out of their way to ask if we needed to reschedule.

I am six foot five and the bed was a bit small. That said it was very comfortable. Access is a bit strange but owners describe it very well.

"Cosy Getaway"

Cosy little accommodation ideal for short stays. Everything you need and more. Nice little touches of added extras. Excellent friendly hosts. Bathroom brickwork wall looks amazing.

Street parking not ideal. Also beware that the promenade runs along the end of the road and is pedestrians and bicycles only. The extractor fan in the bathroom took ages to stop at night. Pillows were too hard. Would be good to have both firm and soft pillows.

"Cosy and peaceful."

Lovely, cosy and clean apartment. Right on the beach overlooking liverpool. A few traditional pubs in walking distance with friendly folk. Short taxi to new brighton. We would like to visit again but next time with our dog and in kinder weather.

The wooden steps to the door were slippery in the rain.
