L’hospitalité des propriétaires. L’authenticité de l’hébergement. L’hébergement est dans la campagne. Il est donc préférable d’être motorisé.

Il y a une grande marche pour accéder à l’hébergement et les couchages sont sur des futons au sol. Donc, difficiles d’accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou les personnes avec rhumatismes.

The stay was amazing and the hosts were very welcoming people. They helped us a lot since we didn't have a car. Would recommend 100% for a peaceful stay!

The sound of the emergency alarms waking everyone up at 3 and 4 in the morning was a terrifying experience, but I look back on it as a positive that the fire department was there.

It should have been clearly indicated to everyone that cooking is not allowed, such as by indicating a symbol in a non-smoking room.

The house was in an amazingly good shape with their traditional architectural style intact! While the bathrooms were not attached to the bedrooms because the house could not be remodeled to change the existing structure (as it is designated as a Protected Traditional House), each bedroom had an assigned private bathroom with a good shower and fancy amenities. This probably is the closest you can get living like a Josun Dynasty aristocrat in the modern day Korea. The owner lady was very helpful in providing tips for restaurants and things to do and see and very attentive to our comfort. While it is conveniently located (if you have a rental car) to explore the whole South Western provinces of Korea (UNESCO World Heritage Site tidal flats!), I thought that just staying in the house perched on the wooden floor looking out beautiful trees and drying persimmons with a book in hand itself was a huge treat. I would definitely stay here again!
