Rahat inn Hotel

Did not have a chance to see something positive.

When we arrived to check in, the hotel staff informed us that in the room that was reserved for us there is an issue with toilet and there are no options for us, all rooms are booked. It was quite disappointing that after long travel you must urgently find another hotel. Hopefully it was not night. Hotel staff had our contact details, I don’t understand why they didn’t inform us about the issue in advance, we could find another hotel and not to waste time for the road to them.

The staff were friendly and we were given an extra breakfast and an early check-in!

The staff didn't speak English at all and their Russian were not the best. The hot water ran out and the air-conditioning stopped working. It was snowing so we called the reception to fix it and they told us they would come but never did. We called again and a friend of the receptionist replied (?) and said they were out but he would come see the room. They eventually came but did nothing and said it would be fixed in a little while, which it obviously never did. Also even though they told us we could come for an early check-in when we arrived there was no-one there, we waited for a while and the receptionist was sleeping in the room next to the reception. Also the breakfast was not good.
