The Porty Beach House

Owner was brilliant, hot tub had went off overnight and she did her best to get it het back up for us to use in morning and allowed a later check out, the location is good being on outskirts of Edinburgh however I wasn't expecting the area to be soo noisy and with that in mind I felt it was a wee tad overpriced, accommodation was clean and modern and had everything needed so great that way

Noise levels didn't make it relaxing Amount of dog dirt surrounding the property was off putting but that's outwith the owners Control

The Beach house was great and clean, with a beautiful view to the sea. We liked the hot tube very much. And the sunrise from there was just perfect 😊

Ease of check in. Next to the beach, perfect for visiting the beach and just enjoy the atmosphere and scenery. Newly renovate furniture and shower pressure was good. Didn't use the hot tube but that was also a plus amenity.

We drive, so getting to center location of Edinburgh was not a problem for us. Didn't try to use public transport so I can't comment on how easy it would be to commute to Edinburgh high street area.

Staff were lovely, place was clean. Couldn't hear very much when we were in. If we needed anything the staff were great

The shower didn't want to work properly The WiFi playing up Told staff they did help with everything but didn't want to pester them all the time

Nothing
