The Porty Beach House

Clean and comfortable inside! lovely area right on the beach! Nice big hot tub although too much chlorine.

Was very very cold turned up radiators but these never came on! Made stay a bit unpleasant coming out of showers and hot tub. Did message hosts twice with no reply. Unfortunately garden area was a bit untidy and dog/cat poo around the side. Also no WiFi available!

It has a beautiful location, it was lovely and modern. Hot tub was perfect! Had everything we needed.

Stunning little get away right on the beach so peaceful within walking distance to shops and cafes. Best part was the hot tub

Lovely beach location, good transport access to Edinburgh. Liked the hot tub for relaxing after a day of Edinburgh tourism walking. The beach house was very comfortable & clean, perfect for a small family or even 2 couples sharing. It had everything you need for a break.

The hot tub jets - I think it may need a bit of service. Personally I really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of walking (without the bubbles) but my son was disappointed that it needed to be reset after a few minutes of having the bubbles. The owner responded really quickly on the first night that they go off after being on too long (they hadn’t been on very long) & how to reset which was good. But it did the same the following night after being on for just a minute or two. Seems a bit petty writing this, as I wasn’t bothered really but my son was a bit disappointed. It wouldn’t put me off booking again though.

Perfect location 👌 cozy place right on the promenade, steph was lovely and communicated well before and during our stay! Would definitely return x
