Our rooms were not cleaned. Apparently we were supposed to ask for them to clean our rooms

Fair breakfast but the eggs not fully cooked.

It’s in a quiet area with minimal movement from the community, the antique decor plus we enjoyed the swimming pool before the storm and drunk guests

They over promise here on the app regarding having quiet time at certain hours however they was a group that came in with drunkards whom were clearly not briefed to respect other people spaces, these people were roaming the passages at midnight and attempting to open our door due to being “lost” it was a mess of noise. For breakfast I requested 2 scrambled eggs while my partner asked for 1 scrambled egg but tell me why our portion looked the same? When i questioned the lady assisting there, she made it seem like I was delusional and didn’t know how 2 scrambled eggs should look like. The day of checkout is the worst, it was heavily raining so most of us waited by the lobby and outside in hopes that atleast the rain can go down a little since we’ve got luggage, the host requested that we leave her property immediately as she was looking at us via CCTV like what the hell? Humility? I’m not coming back here. Also add carports for the parking space if you’re going to treat people like idiots afterwards
