The host was lovely. And the facilities are great with the 100 year old Big tree as an attraction

Doors were a bit hard to lock and open.

Everything really was fantastic

The guest house is approximately 1km outside of town in a residential street. The rooms were very clean and a nice size. Fine for an overnight place to stay.

Disappointed breakfast was advertised but not available. There were gaps under the door of an unacceptable size 25mm plus! There wasn't many other guests so it didn't affect us however it would, undoubtedly have been an issue if, and when, at full occupancy. For security purposes, almost every house in the street has dogs (presumably for security purposes) that bark in symphony all way down the street, like a domino effect, during the night whenever somebody or a car drives past. We unfortunately didn't have the best sleep due to noise disturbance.

Location is great, nice and cozy place and staff were good

Place needs maintenance, a few broken things.They also have a frog problem which ended up in our room. The place only has a bathtub so cleaning materials would have been great
