LL Properties - G7 Luxury House By The Harbor

For our two nights stay we had everything what we needed. The apartment is well equipped and central located but in a quit area. The owner was helpful and solved our reguest promptly.

Beautiful space, clean, comfortable beds, very nice bathroom, good location, full kitchen.

The space was quiet and peaceful when there was nobody renting upstairs or downstairs, but when there were people renting upstairs, it was quite loud. it seems there is no insulation between the apartments so you can hear every step and even hear the mumbles of talking.There was also construction downstairs which was loud, although owner asked them to wait to start till 9am which was good. I think any owner should be required to inform renters of construction. Kitchen is nice but lacking some things for cooking, they only had salt and pepper, not a single other spice, vinegar or oil. Hood fan was tricky to figure out. Microwave blew a fuse once, but rest of time was ok. Owner was responsive to one message but then did not reply to two others, which was unfortunate.

Nice location and easy to walk to local shops etc.

The sheets didn’t look clean (I ended up washing the spare sheet for the sofa bed) otherwise it was all good!
