Great location, easy enough to find. Very large space, comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was nice, slight issue was clogging shower but we alerted the manager so they could fix it for the next people. Use of washer was very helpful. Pack and play was provided. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nettoyage très rudimentaire

Very cosy, easy communication with the owner. The possibility to wash clothes and the dishwasher was great. Even tabs for the dishwasher were there. And some coffee capsules and teabags.

I missed instruction manuals for the kitchen (oven especially).

Aðstaða og allur búnaður mjög góður. Rúmin mjög góð og gott skipulag. Ókeypis bílastæði og staðsetningin frábær!

Mjög illa þrifið! Það voru slettur á vegg við sjónvarpið sem náðu uppí loft! Borðbúnaður var skítugur, diskar, skálar og glös. Ryk og skítur ef maður skoðaði vel, við létum það ekki trufla okkur. WC hreinsiefni á gólfi við klósett sem er ekki nógu gott ef lítil börn (óvitar) komast í það.

Lovely modern apartment in a great location in Akureyri! Very comfortable beds, warm throughout, huge bathroom and super kitchen. Communication from the owners was good both for initial access as well as when we needed additional items for the kitchen. Great value for a group of four, would stay again!

Perhaps certain parts of the apartment could do with a bit more focus on cleaning - while the space was very clean overall, some specific parts were not clean (eg lots of dust collected on the top of the extractor fan in the kitchen, dirty dishes/trays left in the oven). A minor point though - this would not stop any of us staying here again!

It had a washing machine.

The cutlery was dirty when we arrived and we had to wash it. The oven was dirty too and there was only one wineglass. There was noisy construction work taking place in the adjoining property for almost an hour after we arrived. The guests in the room above were very noisy, stomping arond and moving furniture one day starting at 05.00am and the next at 06.00am. The property is not 'by the harbour' it's in an area near the harbour but then so is everywhere in Akureyri. There is no privacy in the apartment unless you close all of the blinds, the shower room opens straight onto the living room which has windows looking to the street. We foubnd prescription medication in the cupboard that had obviously been left by a previous resident and this should have been removed and disposed of.
