The Lotaz Hotel

- very quick to contact via Whatsapp and very helpful! (helped me with the purchase of the sim card and the bus to Munnar) - Wifi - Free drinking water for refilling - New and modern - perfect for 20 USD / night - Bathroom very good - Shower jet very good and hot water - air condition - bed comfortable - Forehand has darkened the room well - You can order food directly from reception (and plates + cutlery are available in the room) - Soap, shampoo and shower gel available - Good location (close to the shopping mall and metro - there is also a good gym nearby - as well as a few good restaurants)

- The first floor rooms are so loud! You can hear every conversation, every call from reception, music, the generator and every guest coming into the hotel! But luckily I was able to move to a higher floor the next day - In the morning when cleaning other rooms the staff was very loud and woke me up. - I had a few mosquitoes in my room from time to time. There were some mosquitoes in the hallway

The location is excellent - very close to all amenities. The room is clean and comfortable. Weather very humid so air conditioning was very much appreciated. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble - they helped me a lot with anything I requested.
