The Lotaz Hotel

The staff of the hotel are helpful. They try to attend to the requests promptly. The room was medium sized. They cleaned the room and bathroom properly. The location is peaceful and is at a walking distance from the Lulu Mall.

The hotel doesn't have lift. Hence it would be difficult for anyone with ailments such as those of knee or heart to go to the higher floors. The staircase is also very narrow. They do not have food service. Instead, they have a tie-up with a hotel for the same. Since I had a stomach upset after eating from that hotel, I skipped the breakfast which was to be brought from the same hotel, even though it was included in my package. The water heater was not functioning on the days of the visit. I felt that the hotel is new and may not have been able to optimize its functioning yet.

No proper ventilation in the room and hospitality would be better

No Lift/ Elevator and No Hot water. The staff at the reception for night duty hardly could communicate in English or Hindi.
