The Lotaz Hotel

It's a modest hotel, but it answers all expectations - it's a walking distance from the Lulu mall, which would be desirable for some, in spite of being close to a main road, my room was quiet. More than that, it faced a beautiful nature area, with kingfishers, buffaloes, parakeets. It was a pleasant surprise.

If you're not into the mall experience, it's not close to anything else in Kochi.

No hot water. Breakfast is a scam. They offer to buy you appam and curry from outside, No other options.

New accommodation with all basic amenities in place and in good condition. Tidy room , Comfy bed. Good wifi. Beautiful green nature view from the window. The front desk staff were cordial and prompt. Lulu Mall is nearby.

Complimentary breakfast served was little and not up to the expectations. There is no in house Restaurant. No GST invoice was issued to me citing non Availability although I paid the GST amount .
