It is a bit noisy when people are coming up and down the stairs but it was only for short periods, no noise other than that.

Location, ( love Kemptown), quiet and clean room. We have stayed here and in The Charm several times. Comfy bed. Didn’t breakfast this time but previously very satisfied. Good shower.

Room is a little small and not sure it was ‘luxury double’ but we opted for this room as value for last minute Easter booking. I believe not much bigger than a cosy room. It’s a little worn here and there but clean. WiFi came and went which was a nuisance.

I was amazed by how big the room was. I loved it. I also enjoyed the hot tub bath too. The hotel was near to all the things we did.

That i couldn't pull the blanket right up to my face when sleeping.

Great location very nice stuff we had the penthouse very big space room

Definitely the uncomfortable bed and flat pillows :( also to many dust particles the ventilation of bathroom full of dust they could put an air purifier and fix the minor issues apart from that all good
