Very clean, central location, great value for money.

We would have preferred a bigger bed as we’re not used to a double anymore!

Lily at the reception was the early start. She was excellent. And everything fell in its place. We were really happy for everything.

Never judge a book by its cover, room exceeded our expectations, staff friendly,, location perfect!

Can’t think of anything other than parking may prove stressful if you don’t manage to find a space nearby but that’s a small price to pay for such a great location!

The night porter was fabulous very helpful and kind.

The staff were great - very attentive and caring. Good location. Very good breakfast. Free upgrade to lovely room.

Lovely large room, with sea view and balcony. Great breakfast. Very clean. Very attentive staff. Lots of tea and coffee and milk in our room.

The bed was not as large as expected.

Clean & tidy property, close proximity to the town. Quiet area at night. Kemptown is a lovely area with a great vibe, has super independent cafes & shops.

The receptionist was helpful. The room was clean (good housekeeping). It was close to the seafront, shops and restaurants.

I didn’t feel that it was a luxury boutique hotel, The room was very small, with dated furniture and stains on the carpet. A small fridge on the carpet under a table, not plugged in. The small double bed had a double duvet inside a king size duvet cover. Poor Wi-Fi, couldn’t watch TV as it kept losing signal and crashing. It generally all felt quite basic. Adequate but basic. I would have been happy if I’d booked a budget hotel, but for £130 a night I expected a little more.
