A very nice, clean apartment with interesting design. Close to the shops, restaurants, exchange office, bazar. Big plus is terrace on the roof. Inside you will find washing machine, drying machine, dish washer and all equipment that you will spend holidays in comfort. Near the building is safe parking where you can leave your car. 5 mins of walk to the bus/dolmuş stop.

everything was amazing. the location, amenities, host is responsive. pool is beautiful. just downstairs is excellent family-owned restaurant Canim Kebab, meals were fantastic.

Beware this property is a trap and is using pictures from two different locations to mislead people about the location and promote them as high end luxury apartments. The pictures suggest that the apartments are set in a quiet setting surrounded by trees and a pool but in reality the flats are located above shops in a loud and dirty area. But the location is not the only issue. There are only two flats with shared acces to a swimmingpool (they are listed as villas but are in reality flats with a garden and are above a supermarket). The other 9 flats are located in 3 blocks and are also above shops next to a busy high street. The entrance is next to a dirty large public car park with big bin containers collecting the trash for the whole area. There is a public toilet next to the bin containers and both create a bad stink which covers the whole area. When you arrive there is no one to show you around and the keys are left on the door and you will only be receiving WhatsApp messages with instructions. We spent the first two days sorting out various things like internet access, missing bed sheets, towels etc. The owner was not helpful at all. Strongly recommend to avoid this place due to: - arrogant owner who is not helpful snd tries to make more money out of you. Cleaning; fresh bed sheets and towels etc. are all being charged extra on top of the room price - NO CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY. No cleaning materials provided either which makes it impossible to clean the flat yourself unless you go out and buy everything. The owner is doing this on purpose to force you to pay for the cleaning as you are left with no other choice - Location is in a dirty and smelly area next to a busy high street and police station. Loud music from clubs and bars nearby until 1pm (weekends even longer) and call to prayer starting at 5am from nearby mosque only a few metres away make it impossible to get a good night’s sleep - No supplies whatsoever provided.

Also, the reasons why the location has good reviews are: 1. you can't leave a review if you canceled the reservation 2. most of the reviews are left by the owner's friends

This place is a total scam. The owner is deceitful and has no regard for his guests. He deliberately combines photos from two completely different locations to trick people into booking. The property with the beautiful pool and villa? You won’t be staying there. Instead, you’ll find yourself stuck in a drab apartment building with no access to the pool you thought you were getting. Upon arrival, we were given a room that wasn’t even the one we booked. There was no staff, no professionalism, just a friend of the owner who acted as if he was doing us a favor by giving us a contact number. After sharing our ID photos and getting the Wi-Fi password (which is practically useless with speeds as slow as 4-5 Kbps), we discovered that the pool was in another location entirely. Apparently, it’s only for villa guests, but none of this is mentioned anywhere on the booking site. To make matters worse, the noise was unbearable. There was a party happening when we arrived, and it felt like the walls were paper-thin. Good luck getting any rest here. The owner is unresponsive, shady, and obviously out to scam as many people as possible because he charges 50% of the total amount in case of cancellation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else, unless you want to ruin your holidays.

Very comfortable and modern apartments. There are apartments in the center, a beautiful roof garden, a very clean and new apartment. The apartment has everything you need for life, beautiful lighting, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator

When we arrived at the room, there was no bed set and bathroom set for our child. This issue was resolved quickly. The sofa is not designed for sleeping, our child is 17 years old, but she is thin, a larger child will not be able to comfortably sleep on the sofa. There was no cleaning for six nights, perhaps it was possible to order, but the manager did not announce such a possibility. Please note that the pool will not be available for to use, if you are not renting a villa
