HEART DE MAISON

Amazing location, everything was walking distance from the apartment. It was clean and equipped well. Had a comfortable stay overall with our baby.

Communication with staff was slow, we didn’t have wifi working for the first night as no staff member was available to respond to our request after hours, despite us having the wifi password. Also was unable to get back into the property and it took staff a while to respond back to us in the evening, so we were left outside with a baby for a few hours with no response. Someone should be available to communicate with at all times if there is no reception.

Early morning praying from the nearby mosque, too loud so you are almost certainly to be awaken. Similar problem with garbage collecting track early in the morning- too noisy.

Perfectly clean, comfortable, central location In Kemer. Wonderful pool, deliciously smelling garden. The owner resolved our requests efficiently (e g WiFi). The kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciated quality appliances and the washer. We had an amazing stay, thank you!

Everything was great. Villa is next to the mosque so the call to prayer was awakening around 5am :-) but we got used to it after a few days and even more so, miss it back home :-) One note, there are two villas listed for this property. We initially booked a smaller villa as per description, but on arrival realized it only had 3 bedrooms, and the sofa was not sleepable. Luckily, the bigger villa was available and we checked in there. For a group of more than 6 people, would suggest booking a bigger villa.

I was send a question over whats app, which I did not see until late because nobody told me that I would recieve it there. I wrote over booking com when I would arrive, but this was not read. The result was that nooen was there to let us in, an we hat no information about how to get in. Except for the phonenumber given by booking com. We had to wait almost half an hour before somebody came to let us in.

They should have told us much earlier that the hotel was without reception, and how to handle that situation. They should have given us the wificode, I had to ask to get it. They should have checked the wifi before we came, it took 2 days with a lot of messages before we got at working userid and password that worked. They should have told us about the doorcode necesary to enter the building, I only noted that one was needed by coincidence and then have to ask for it. To sum up the whole process of checkin was poor, clearly lacking a procedure. However all issues will be easy to fix, so I hope that this will happen as a result of these comments. They were reading an replying all messages om whatsapp rather fast, which compensated somewhat.

It was really nice stay at Heart de Maison! The spacious very clean apartment with everything you need, good quality of meuble, kitchenware, a special compliment is for bed linen! Anil, the manager, was very attentive and responsive, all our requests were perfectly fulfilled. A terrace with the mountain view is just insane. Everything is nearby - supermarkets just in 50 m, shops, restaurants, beach around 10 min walk. Kemer is a pretty town to visit. We loved being there very much :-)!!

Very convenient location. Recently renovated apartments, spacious and clean. On the roof of the house there is a wonderful terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. I recommend 👍
