Inget att gilla. Bokningen gällde boende som ligger 1,6 km från Kigali centrum, hotell har adress i Kibagabaga långt ifrån uppgifter enligt med uppgifter i min bokning, jag ringer boendet som inte ens ber om ursäkt utan vill tvinga mig att ta mig till ett ställe som ej avses av min bokning. Tråkigt att jag behövde hitta annat hotell.

Nulla. Siamo arrivati e il proprietario mi ha chiesto di dargli il telefono per controllare la mia prenotazione e l'ha modificata. Dovevo pagare 120 dollari ma mi sono trovata a pagare 170 dollari.

È andato tutto storto. Quando mi sono opposta perché non volevo pagare i 50 dollari in più, ha sequestrato me e tutto il gruppo (11 persone) e ha chiuso il cancello con lucchetto! Ho dovuto contattare il Console per farci aprire e farci lasciare andare.
