Good quiet location Parking right next to accommodation. Modern and spacious Welcome treats such as milk, butter, jam etc. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Host was very kind and offered lots of recommendations. Helpful welcome pack and wellies to borrow. Felt very safe. Ponies at location. Shampoo/soaps provided.

The floors didn't look like they had recently been swept or cleaned. The highchair we borrowed was covered in dust and needed a good clean. Bin lid didn't close shut. The downstairs shower is very weak. No side plates (or couldn't find any at least). No normal sized mugs - felt like drinking from a bowl. Limited lighting in the main living space so had to have bright lights on in the evening - could be cosier!
