Very warm and huge flat Availability of shower gel and shampoo

Locations is 20 mins walk from the station (we were aware though) Lack of basic necessities for cooking (just salt was present). Texted and called host numbers but no one ever responded to my queries, only a pre-determined chat bot was available.

Very nice, new and modern.

The noisy shutters kept me awake all night.

The kitchen works well and you can do laundry There are parking spaces opposite to the house

- After you booked you need to fill out a dodgy contract which removes all your consumer rights. If you dont sign they won't let you in. Conviently you can't cancel your booking with them. -There is no warm water and the cold water is very cold even in summer. - the main air condition doesn't work - there are rules everywhere around the house where you are threatened with fines if you don't follow them - they want to fine you if you dont seperate thr garbage and bring it to the bins behind the building. These bins are however private and belong to neighbours -You need to call to get the code for the door (its the second number dont bother to call the first) -Outside of that the host is not responsive - you only get one roll of toilet paper (even if you stay longer), towels and soap - the toilet sometimes flushes over

I liked the fact that it was the whole apartment and it was affordable. I also liked that there was a big supermarket nearby and bus stops to get to the city center.

I only received automatically generated massages and they asked me to fill in a form and attach pictures of my ID. I found it a red flag and a scam at the beginning. However if you don't do it they don't send you a code to the door and address. Also, we only received a code to the apartment door and not to the whole building. A stranger let us in. No instructions whatsoever. All the phone numbers that they left are automatic and it is difficult to reach any person. The most important was that the air conditioning was broken. It was the beginning of July 27C outside... I saw in other comments that it was broken before we came and people were complaining and they didn't fix that. I didn't know that it in fact is far far from the lake and you have to go along busy streets to get there.

The lock of the entrance door to the Hall itself was constantly jammed and took a long time to open. there is no parking for the car and I had to look nearby, and in the morning it was closed with a barrier and water in the dusche was cold !!!
