The apartment was nice and clean with a minimalist design

I did not receive the mail with instructions and acces code

Very nice flat!

Little rush street right next, so if you open windows there is loud noises from the cars. But apartment has an AC sp there is no need to open windows at all.

Clean and location

The air conditioner was broken

Location to hospital, my husband was admitted urgently for 10 days. I was on my own for this time and felt safe within the building There are 3 supermarkets within close proximity.

The difficulty in getting in touch with the hosts. They rarely replied to any messages even urgent requests. I advised them the Air-conditioning wasn't working and needed assistance as the room was set at 21° but the inside temperature continued to rise to 26° for several days. They never checked in to see if it was more comfortable or sent a service person. There was no kettle or microwave. No basic food supplies in the unit - nothing

Very difficult to check-in. Host needs manually approve a digital onboarding and is absolutely non-responsive. Phone numbers are traps, no email, no contact works. Only after two (2) hours of waiting in a cold, naked hall way and 5 (?) urgend messages via Booking the host responded with a very short youtube video. Absolut unfriendly und uncomfortable. Apartments are basic and the kitchen have not even a wine opener. A shame for an italien stay.

It was newly built.

The instructions to check in were unclear, when we arrived, we had to guess how to get the key. There was lack of response from the staff, although we messaged through booking and rang on their number. We struggled with the entrance door opening and we rang to raise the issue, unfortunately nobody answered and during our stay we had to call neighbours on the intercom asking to open the door. There was no housekeeping at any time, we needed extra pillows and toiletries, but we didn’t get a response on the request. We ended up buying essentials as for three days, we were given only one toilet roll that is unacceptable.
