One on Albert Studio Apartment

Good day, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the One on Albert Studio Apartment from 05 June 2026 to 06 June 2026. This stay was meant to be a special occasion, as my girlfriend and I were celebrating our one-year anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. Firstly, the sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable. We were provided with only two very flat pillows, which made it difficult for us to rest properly. More seriously, the cleanliness and hygiene of the apartment were unacceptable. There was a significant cockroach infestation in the room. Cockroaches were present throughout the apartment, including under the bed, in the kitchen cupboards, and even around the ceiling lights. At one point, cockroaches were on our food, which forced us to throw it away. It was also evident that this is an ongoing issue, as there was a can of insect spray available in the room. This raises concerns about how long this problem has persisted without being adequately resolved. This experience was deeply unpleasant, unhygienic, and entirely unacceptable. I feel very disappointed that what was meant to be a memorable and special occasion was negatively impacted in this way. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing this matter, including what actions will be taken to resolve these issues and prevent future guests from experiencing the same. Please note that I am seriously considering escalating this matter further, as guests should be made aware of these conditions. I look forward to your response. Kind regards,

It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people.

We have found quite a few cockroaches, especially from the kitchen that required me to clean after I checked in.

I booked online and it was not my first time when I went to check in they said I did not book with them..I showed them proof everything..even the security guard told me the agent there are scammers...I want refund because I never stayed for my booking

Its 1 on Albert!! Cheap and excellent location plus city club staff are really hospitable.

The private room owners should pay more attention to the creature comforts and facilities that are used and broken.

I liked the clean and cozy apartment.....very peaceful and calm area...Will be back very soon...thnx Jenna...Your place is perfect 👌
