Warm recommendation! We had a wonderful stay at Buaile nan Carn. The house was warm, clean, cosy, and beautifully maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly kind and communication was excellent throughout. If you’re looking for an authentic Isle of Skye experience, this is the perfect place to stay. Best wishes from Denmark!

The property was great and peaceful! The hosts were kind and respectful. The house had all amenities surprisingly well stocked for such a rural location which was great. The location was quiet and peaceful but also not far from all the attractions of the Isle of Skye.

Location was absolutely what I had hoped for and as described. Property was as professionally cleaned!! (I wish I was that thorough). Just enough room for our group and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"It was very quiet and comfortable."

The property was delightfully remote and had a really nice seating area.

We were asked to turn off the water heater for the bathroom when not in use. It took over 30 minutes to heat up and took a long time to reheat between showers. There were 4 of us so it was a bit of an adjustment.
