Don’t pay the 250€ they ask for any damage or any other lie they say i have 1 month from my trip and they didn’t turn it back just lie

This property is far from what is shown in the pitues on site. The sofa was disgusting and filthy. So bad we moved accommodation on night of arrival. The stairs to the property were dangerous with lino hanging of the steps. We almost fell done when leaving. Please avoid this apartment at all costs as it is not fit for purpose and they cunningly refuse refunds. Given the condition of it they surely on a winner as i am sure we are not the first or last to leave this property on arrival.

We were very disappointed with the person in charge of the check-in. He requested us to be in contact with him by WhatsApp to inform when we were leaving the airport, etc, and we kindly provided him with live time information of our movements. Once we arrived he was waiting for us in the street, once in the apartment he didn't know how to switch on heating ( I helped him on this, the apartment was very cold), and did not check TV was working. It was clear that he had a rush to leave, but he said that we arrived at 21.01 and that we would be charged with euros extra fee. We complained about this 1 minute, absolutely unflexible fee ( I hope we will not be charged). He started yelling on us and went away smashing the door. We could hear him shouting as he went down the stairs, all was a very umplesant situación. They kept our 250 euros deposit for two weeks after our departure. The apartment was very cold, and the heating system was insufficient. The apartment is located in high third floor with a very steep dangerous stair that is almost in the dark. Many others apartments in the area, don't spend your money on this one.

It was dark in the stairway up to the apartment. Automatic lighting would be a good idea.

* Construction opposite so banging and lots of noise from very early in the morning. * If 2 people are staying then you should provide 2 x bath towels AND 2 x hand towels * David that met us to hand the keys.... was pointless - he didn't know any answers to questions and also didn't help with wifi/TV issue. * He also just watched 2 women struggle up all the stairs with bags without even offering to help!

I have no words to start with to be honest. I didn’t like anything.

Only after arriving in the city, the man, Francisco, who was supposed to give me the keys to the apartment, began to say that he did not know when he would receive the keys to hand them over to me. When I got older, he started complaining about his job and saying that he still has a bunch of other people who come to the apartments and he'll see how he gets on the graffiti. I'm in another country, roaming, I have to wait for Francisco to give me the keys to the apartment I paid for. But the adventure did not end there. It turns out that the shared washing machine broke down and no one told us about it. After 3 days, when I no longer have clean clothes left, I find out about it in fact, to which I was answered: "Oops, yes, the machine is broken, I will now send you the locations of public washing machines." When I entered the apartment, I noticed the stripped walls, dusty upper floors, door jambs painted over dust, VERY THIN WALLS AND MOLD IN THE SHOWER! If I hadn't been so tired and exhausted, I wouldn't have stopped by my apartment, but after driving for 8 hours, filling my suitcases on the 4th floor, I was exhausted, tired, hungry and disappointed.
