Квартира находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от конечной станции трамвая, который идет в центр города, рядом много магазинов. Квартира теплая, всегда горячая вода, посуда новая, есть все для приготовления еды. Чистый и спокойный район, нам понравилось все.

Квартира соответствует описанию и деньгам, которые мы заплатили

Приветливый хозяин, все чисто и аккуратно, соответствует описанию полностью, хороший матрас, только подушки были так себе (не критично, но можно и поменять), белье, средства для уборки и остальное все было соответственно описанию, на "отлично" не тянет, но на "очень хорошо" вполне. Рекомендую.

Чудове розташування, гарний спальний район.

Не має склянок і брудні, жирні ручки на шафах на кухні. Були лише маленькі рушники, не було банних. Поганої якості постільна білизна.
