West Seattle's Modern Townhome

The location is nice. We have more than enough spaces to use. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

The water pressure is too low in the fourth-floor bathroom. It always takes like five minutes for the hot water to come through.

It’s on a busy street so it’s a bit noisy, but it wasn’t too bad.

It was near Safeway, Starbucks BONUS and only 15 min drive to tmobile park. We took a nice walk around the neighborhood.

It has all the space, all the comfort and all the amenities you need. You have three floors plus balcony to yourself! Everything feels and looks high quality, owner really cares for this place. Kids loved all streaming services. Contact and all the check-in instructions via app, very smooth. The area looks very nice and good grocery stores like Safeway and PCC are within walking distance. You have to watch signs when parking your car, usually it is not a problem when you depart in the morning and arrive in the evening. Also, a lot of stairs.

Amazing location. Wonderful atmosphere and everything inside was perfect. I live across the street and my family loved it here.

The AC seemed confusing to use.

Clean, good location and the owner is well managed everything inside house.

We are a group of 50-year-olds and walking up the 3rd floor is a bit difficult for us.

* The internet connection was horrible. Either had no bars or 1 bar of service whether using the host WiFi or on the cellular network. * From the entrance level, you have 3 1/2 flights of stairs to navigate, was impossible to haul our luggage up to the bedrooms which are on the third and fourth floor; had to leave all our luggage in the entry way and take up only what we needed each day . * The street noise was so loud, we had to use white noise machines to try to drown out as much as possible, but there were motorcycles racing up and down the street both nights. •The A/C would kick off/ on every 3 min. but all 3 rooms were hot and humid ; tried opening the window to create air flow but the street noise prohibited leaving it open. * There must have been a previous guest that brought there cat, because one of our guest had a severe allergic reaction and had to use Benadryl the entire stay (cats are the only thing that they are allergic to) *There is no bathrooms on the 1st or second floor, so to use the bathroom, you have to climb the stairs to the 3rd and 4th floor. *. One of the twin beds mattresses was hard as a rock, even though it is foam, no give what so ever - Had to wash bath towels and wash rags to have enough for our two night stay. * Definitely not recommended for guest with knee pain, back pain , elderly, guest with small children or those who have issues climbing steps.
