the location is the best for the bus station to Yerevan, You can walk to the ST. 31 Church during 10 mins.

"Bad experience ever"

Bad experience ever! I came to check in, gave my passport, they took a photo of it and they told me that the hotel is full booked and this AFTER they confirmed the booking. The person from the reception was absolutely not nice to me! Bad experience ever, besides that there is no elevator and you have to climb the stairs four floors. Not recommend at all this place! Something like this should not be allowed to exist on Booking.com!
