1. Location. The view from the balcony is SUPERB, especially at night. 2. Comfortable size apartment for 6 pax (adult). The sofa can turn into a small bed (+1 pax adult). 3. Tidy & clean living, dining, rooms, pantry, and toilets. 4. The mattress & pillow are comfy. Blankets and towels are provided. 5. AC works very well. 6. Hot water works very well with good water pressure. 7. The pantry is provided with a fridge, microwave, heat cooker and kettle. 8. A washing machine is provided. 9. Easy to check in and check out. The WhatsApp guide from the owner is helpful. 10. The Seven Eleven Store at Level 1 was convenient. 11. Attractions and nearby restaurants are within walking distance. 12. I heard there is a swimming pool at Level 16, but we didn't go.

1. The small room has no AC remote, so we cannot use the room AC. Other AC remotes are unable to switch on the small room AC. Luckily in-house has a standing fan, so we bring it into our room. 2. Balcony is considered clean but sometimes bird shit happens. Please use the provided sandals to go out to the balcony. 3. No Kiblat pointer on the ceiling. So we use our Kiblat Apps.

Nice & comfort places

Great view across the river. Plenty of space. Quiet. Well equipped. Short walk from grocery stores and restaurants. Very clear instructions on how to access the keys.

The only things I didn't like were (a) the bathroom towels which, though very soft, didn't absorb water and (b) the combination lock on the key locker had very tiny numbers that I found difficult to read.

Great view. Good instructions for how to find the apartment and get into the apartment. Great location.

Couch was horribly uncomfortable. Water heater was confusing. No fitted sheet on one of the beds so the sheet just became a jumbled mess under you at night. Air conditioner, blows directly on your face while sleeping. No extra garbage bags were available.

This place i called it home and stayed here was the best and perfect for a family and it's a strategic place. My kids really like it. Nice and home sweet home.
