1. The spectular river view. 2. The house itself is spacious. Comfortably fit for 6-7 pax. 3. 3 units AC working fine. There are standing fans provided too. 4. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. 5. Washing machine and drying area. The dryers machine is located at level 16. 6. Roof top swimming pool for kids and adults. 7. Strategic location. Just walking distance around the tourist attractions. 8. Big and spacious wardrobe.

1. Water heater from the bathroom 2 need to maintain. There is loud sound coming out when we turn on the water heater. 2. The sofa in the living room but old and worn out. Need to change. 3. The towels provided are not water absorbents. 4. Tv not working.

i like everything about it. The distance to the waterfront, the view, the facilities, very convinient and suitable to our family need. It very close proximity to famous topspot, kek lapis mama su, MacDonald, seven eleven and the instruction given by the host is very clear upon arrival. The apartment is very accurate with what is advertised. we really LOVED it and worthed.
